What is the real story behind this baggy style of dress?

On a daily basis I see my young brothers & some sisters, with this style of dress that really is unsettleling. If my young brothers new what that look signifies, I would hope that they would rethink the style. It is my understanding that In prison, the inmates who were for lack of a better term looking to attrack a significant other, wore their pants like that. In my youth people who was not completely their, dressed that way and In some geographical areas the drug dealers dress that way. In any case , People are judged right or wrong by there appereance. Society expects a certain behavior from young people who dress a certain way. I incourage the young brother& sisters of today to make some adjustments so that maybe they can start be judged by their character rather than their looks. I'm just saying. Think about it.
